Terms & conditions

These terms cover this website’s appointment requests, bridal enquiries and accessory catalogue. A submitted form or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not an accepted booking or order.

Appointments and quotes

SRS confirms the service, provider, date, time, location, exact price basis and any deposit in writing. A preferred time is not reserved until that confirmation is sent and any required manual deposit is received. A written bridal quote may be held for 24 hours; it can expire without a deposit.

Prices and payment

Published consumer prices include applicable GST. “From”, range and quote prices vary with length, thickness, people, complexity, venue, product choice or event scope. SRS confirms any optional addition and final amount before payment. This website does not collect payments. Launch payment handling is manual by cash, UPI or bank arrangement confirmed privately; no public payee details are supplied here.

Service scope and suitability

SRS provides cosmetic makeup, beauty and salon services, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. SRS may modify, postpone or stop a service where age, product instructions, hygiene, disclosed suitability information or unexpected discomfort makes proceeding inappropriate. Exact manufacturer instructions control product use and patch-test timing.

Customers under 18

Guardian consent is required under 18. Minimum ages and guardian-presence rules vary by service: facial/skin services start at 12; hair colour and bleach start at 16; contact-lens application is 18+ and limited to customer-supplied, sealed lenses.

Accessory catalogue

Catalogue entries are invitations to enquire. Availability can change and is treated as unverified after 30 days without a stock check. SRS confirms the exact product, variant, current price and collection or delivery arrangement before an order is accepted. Checkout, cart and automatic stock reservation are disabled.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate operational details, arrive at the confirmed time, follow reasonable preparation and aftercare, and report discomfort promptly. Do not upload unlawful material or content you are not entitled to share. Inspiration images are used only to discuss your request and do not transfer ownership or publication rights.

Website use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt forms, scrape private data or use SRS content as your own. The website may be unavailable during maintenance. Links to maps, Instagram, WhatsApp or other providers are governed by those providers’ services.

Fairness and changes

The cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here removes remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. SRS may update these working terms as operations and external accounts are finalised; the effective date will change.
